Havelock Neighborhood Association

The Havelock Neighborhood Association exists to bring people together, to learn, to serve, and to celebrate community. We meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 10-11am at the Victor E. Anderson Branch Library | 3635 Touzalin Avenue. All meetings are free, and open to the public.
